Gutti Vankaya Curry

Ingredients needed:

  • Cucumbers – 1/2 kg
  • Onions – 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes – 1/2 kg
  • Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 2 tsp
  • Yellow – Enough
  • Mustard – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coconut: 1
  • Ginger – a little
  • Oil – 2 teaspoons
  • Green chillies – 9
  • Coriander- Enough
  • Sesame – 25 grams

Preparation:

Brinjal should be washed clean. Tomatoes, onions, cut into small pieces. Brinjal should be bitten vertically. Sesame seeds should be cooked in a pan. Slowly add them to the mix, dry and set aside. Chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, coconut, ginger, garlic, onions should all be grated and kept.

Add salt to this spice paste and put in the cut eggplants. Then take a thick bowl and put it on the stove and pour the oil. Once it is oily, add papaya, onion and tomato pieces, cover and simmer on a low flame. Those pieces should cook well. Now pour enough water in the bowl and mash the brinjal well.

A bouquet of brinjal curry garnished with coriander leaves is ready ……
